Plymouth, Grand Rapids to host USA Hockey National Championships in 2019

In 2019, Metro Detroit and Grand Rapids will have major hockey tournaments coming through town.

USA Hockey announced the locations for the 2019 National Championships today, and three boys’ Tier 1 tournaments will be taking place in the Great Lakes State.

The Youth Tier I 15U (15-only) national championship will be played at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth from April 4-9. USA Hockey Arena is hosting the same tournament in 2018, as well.

The Youth Tier I 16U and 18U national championships, meanwhile, will be played at the same time in Grand Rapids and be hosted by the Fox Motors Hockey Club.
