Danielle Hartje to represent Michigan at USA Hockey’s U18 Women’s Festival

Danielle Hartje will be heading to Lake Placid before she heads back to school.

Hartje, a Little Caesars forward and Yale commit, will be representing Michigan at USA Hockey’s Women’s U18 National Festival, which kicks off in New York on Aug. 8. The festival is an annual event that USA Hockey uses to select a 22-player Under-18 Select Team roster that will play in a three-game series against Canada at the conclusion of the camp.

Those games take place Aug. 17-20.

The festival roster features 31 players; they hail from 15 different states.
