From Huntington Woods to Los Angeles.

It’ll be a long flight for Drake Rymsha, but it will certainly be worth it.

The Los Angeles Kings selected the Michigan native at No. 138 overall in the 2017 NHL Draft Saturday morning in Chicago.

Rymsha split the 2016-17 season between the Ottawa 67s and the Sarnia Sting, logging a total of 62 points in 65 games.

His father, Andy, and his uncle, Steve, both played for Western Michigan before having professional careers through various leagues.
