For Carson Riddle, it was all about feeling at home, as the Holly native committed to Western Michigan.

“I picked Western because I felt so comfortable there,” Riddle said. “The coaching staff is outstanding and the atmosphere is great.”

The 16U forward – a student at the Total Package Hockey Center of Excellence – has 24 points in 24 games for his Belle Tire squad – one that is ranked No. 6 in the country.

He has skated with Belle Tire for the last three seasons, but he’s excited to one day switch from red and white to black and gold.

“I’m so excited for the time to come being able to throw on the jersey and walk out that tunnel to represent the Broncos.”
