Collin Adams selected No. 170 overall in 2016 NHL Draft

The New York Islanders must have liked what they saw in Muskegon this past season.

The Isles used the No. 170 overall pick in the 2016 NHL Draft to select Brighton native and Muskegon Lumberjacks forward Collin Adams.

A North Dakota commit, Adams was named to the USHL All-Rookie Team in 2015-16 after racking up 27 goals and 34 assists for 61 total points in 59 games.

Adams spent the majority of his youth hockey career with Little Caesars and Honeybaked.
