According to the Niagara IceDogs, Alex Nedeljkovic and Josh Wesley are on the move.

The OHL franchise announced on Sunday evening that they have acquired two of the Firebirds’ top players in a trade with Flint.

The Firebirds have yet to publicly comment on the trade.

Nedeljkovic, the 2013-14 OHL goaltender of the year with the Firebirds’ franchise during their time in Plymouth, is a second-round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes.

Wesley, the son of former NHL defenseman Glen Wesley, is a fourth-round pick of the Hurricanes, as well.

In return, the Firebirds have acquired goaltender Brent Moran and draft picks from the IceDogs. Moran, 19, is 9-7-1 this season with a .890 save percentage and 3.02 goals-against average.
