VIDEO: Nick Lidstrom stars in a Swedish commercial for eggs

First, it was Tomas Holmstrom starring in some goofy commericals for a internet provider in Sweden.

Now, Nick Lidstrom’s joining his former Red Wings teammate in…interesting advertising in their homeland.

The legendary Detroit defenseman stars in an ad for eggs in Sweden, which you can see below.

Gordan Bombay would be proud, considering Lidstrom is showing off his soft hands by firing a slapshot all the way down the ice, into the net, and back out of the net with the egg not breaking. Perhaps the head coach of the Mighty Ducks has been working with Lidstrom since his retirement from the NHL.
