The Western Collegiate Hockey Association couldn’t decide between two Huskies for their weekly awards list.

The conference announced today that Michigan Tech forwards Tanner Kero (Hancock) and Blake Pietila (Brighton) are the WCHA’s co-offensive players of the week.

Tech’s two senior forwards both recorded their 100th collegiate point during the Huskies’ weekend sweep of Alabama Huntsville, as both found the scoresheet five times over the two games.

Kero picked up four points in Saturday’s win, which puts him in first place in the WCHA with 35 points (13 goals, 22 assists) on the season.

Pietila – a New Jersey Devils draftee – has 24 points (11 goals, 13 assists) this year.
