As their unbeaten streak continued to grow, so too did their spot in the national rankings.

Now, Michigan Tech is holds the top spot in the USCHO college hockey national poll.

The Huskies (10-0-0) are the only unbeaten team left in the NCAA this college hockey season, and after a sweep at Bemidji State, the pollsters moved them to the No. 1 spot in this week’s rankings. It is the first time that MTU has held the top spot in the USCHO rankings.

Michigan Tech has risen from unranked in the September preseason poll to the top spot in just seven voting sessions.
