Michigan Tech announces 2014-15 schedule, GLI dates

The college hockey season may just be a few weeks retired, but it’s never too early to look into next year.
The Michigan Tech Huskies released their 2014-15 schedule today, and in the process, announced the dates for the 50th Great Lakes Invitational.
Highlights of the Huskies’ schedule include a season-opening weekend with LSSU, the University of Michigan coming to town, and a trip to Wisconsin.
The Great Lakes Invitational, meanwhile, will take place on Sunday, Dec. 28 and Monday, Dec. 29.
Michigan Tech will face Michigan in one of the Sunday semifinal games, with Michigan State and Ferris State squaring off in the other. The consolation and championship games will take place the next day.
