Red Wings and MAHA to host Try Hockey For Free event in Plymouth this Saturday

The Detroit Red Wings Foundation and the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association will be hosting a Try Hockey For Free event on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Plymouth Cultural Center.

The event is being held in conjunction with USA Hockey’s Try Hockey For Free Day; hockey’s national governing body, along with the NHL and its 30 clubs, are encouraging arenas across the country to host the events to introduce the game to new children.

Forty different rinks in the state of Michigan – and nearly 500 nationwide – will be hosting their own Try Hockey For Free events throughout the day on Saturday.
